This gorgeous blend begins with enticing aromas of dried savory herbs, red fruit, and brown sugar. On the palate layers of tart cherry, pomegranate, tobacco leaf, and spice lead to a round, fleshy finish.

Varietal Composition: 58% Cabernet Franc, 42% Merlot

The Sycamore trees at PEJU were planted by Tony in 1986 on the southern side of the driveway entrance from small five gallon containers. In order to create something unique he chose to prune them in a needle-like fashion close to the trunk. Today those magnificent sycamores soar into the sky, creating a partial tunnel to welcome guests and their beauty is nothing short of magical. Just as the sycamores lean in, so do the second generation of Pejuâs. They are strong female leaders and role models, honoring the past while also introducing new ideas and energy for the future.
